RadiAnt DICOM Viewer is a paid Windows viewer. Its maker supports it on Windows only and says it can run on a Mac through CrossOver, with some features missing or unstable. dcmage runs natively on macOS and in any modern browser, and it is built for editing and de-identifying files rather than for reading studies.
