dcmage for macOS, web, and desktop
For any question, bug report, or licensing enquiry, email [email protected]. This is the direct support address — messages reach the developer, not a queue. We aim to reply within two business days.
You can also report a bug or request a feature from inside the app. Open the command palette and choose Report a bug (⌘⇧F) or Request a feature. The in-app form carries your description to us directly.
Whichever route you use, please include the app version, whether you are on the desktop app or the web app, your macOS version, and the steps that led to the problem.
Do not send us patient data. Never attach a DICOM file, screenshot, or export that still contains Protected Health Information. If a specific study is needed to reproduce a problem, anonymize it in dcmage first, or describe the tag structure instead of sending the file.
The handbook is built into the app — open it from Help — and is published at docs.dcmage.com. It covers the viewer, the metadata editor, de-identification, and the audit log.
dcmage processes imaging data on your device. See the Privacy Policy for how the website and app handle personal data, and the Terms for licensing conditions.
Not a medical device — for data management, not diagnosis. dcmage is not intended for primary diagnostic image interpretation and makes no diagnostic, prognostic, or therapeutic claims.
