By accessing the website at dcmage.com or utilizing the dcmage applications, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the dcmage software application for personal, internal, or commercial medical imaging management workloads. The application is free to download and use; any paid features offered in future will be described, and priced, at the point of sale.
All intellectual property rights in the software, website, designs, and logos belong exclusively to dcmage and its developers.
IMPORTANT: dcmage is NOT a cleared medical device and is NOT intended for primary diagnostic use in clinical environments.
The application is designed for research, data management, tag optimization, de-identification, and technical quality review only. The authors and publishers do not assume liability for any medical decisions, diagnostic errors, or compliance outcomes related to the use of this tool.
The software and website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Under no circumstances shall dcmage developers be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software.
Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service or your use of the application shall be governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
All DICOM processing occurs strictly on the user's local device. dcmage is not a cloud processing service: it does not ingest, index, or store your imaging data on our servers as part of its operation.
The one exception is material you send us yourself through the in-app feedback form — a report you write, and any file you deliberately attach to it. You are asked not to attach patient data, and the desktop app refuses DICOM attachments entirely; in the web version, attaching one requires clearing a PHI scan and confirming an explicit override.
